Chakra Class is an exercise class that opens up all chakras. You can come for individual classes or join for all 8 of the 8-week series (recommended!).

Week 4 of our 8-week series will focus on our third chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra.

The instructor will go through exercises and movements that will open up each chakra with more time emphasized on the Solar Plexus Chakra for self worth and confidence.
